A joint venture/partnership focused on commercializing a unique and novel set of data-security hardware & user interface technologies.

President & Founder
Mr. Graber is the Founder and President of Wattre Inc., a corporation that develops and licenses his Intellectual Property (IP)
Wattre Inc. is an Indiana-based company formed in 2002 that is driven to solve persistent, global challenges with the use of novel technology innovations. Mr. Graber is a world-acclaimed inventor with 54 U.S. patents issued to date. His portfolio includes innovative patents in areas of study such as advanced magnetics, advanced acoustics, and cryptography, just to note a few.

Director of Engineering, Wattre Incorporated
Mr. Richhart, a Purdue University Computer Science graduate, began as a project manager, rising to Director of Engineering at a prominent audio, video, and lighting firm. He's contributed significantly to design and simulation projects for both the U.S. military and global commercial clients. Noteworthy achievements include being a founding member of the SEAS crypto variable hopping team, an acclaimed programmatic acoustic designer who spoke at NASA Kennedy Space Center's historic Launch Pad 39B, and a key participant in a successful DARPA program that earned his team Northrup Grumman's R&D Innovator of the Year award. With a strong track record of bringing novel concepts to fruition, Mr. Richhart brings together management expertise, innovative thinking, and a programming background to facilitate team coordination, communication, and comprehension.

In a recent joint vulnerability test performed by the U.S. Navy in February of 2021, they found that it was the only solution that worked. SEAS successfully protected the USS Stilleto's critical operations while reporting on each attack in real time. The Navy's best hacking tools and tech team were unable to escape SEAS and infiltrate the ship's systems during this two day event.

SEAS is a Zero-Trust Hardware Module incorporating our patented algorithm that detects, defeats, and reports unapproved network communications to the protected endpoints!
If SEAS detects any unapproved network traffic, it stops the communication to the endpoint and reports the violation in real-time to the SEAS Management Console (SMC). The SMC also serves as our policy manager and user interface tool.
Hardware Agnostic Plug & Play – with SEAS, there is no software to install nor configuration changes to manage on protected endpoints; simply plug in SEAS hardware modules for instant protection.

Globally, we are experiencing the rapid and uncontrolled growth of sophisticated cyber-attacks, leading to the loss of extremely sensitive data, downtime and a host of negative ramifications. As organizations become more connected, so do the vulnerabilities (endpoints).
In the past, cyber criminals focused on the Information Technology (IT) Enterprise; they now have extended their focus to the Operational Technology (OT) environments (such as power grids, manufacturing plants, and transportation systems).
IT solutions do not typically work in OT environments which were mostly designed before modern cyber defensive technologies existed.

SEAS’ suite of cyber security technology is an elegant solution to this problem. SEAS secures communications between endpoints protecting the underlying systems via Zero-Trust Hardware Modules.
In addition to monitoring and reporting malicious activity and system health, SEAS actively prevents attackers from gaining access at the endpoint in real-time. First and foremost, it defeats the attack and protects the underlying systems, eliminating the need for costly downtime and cyber remediation teams.

Many OT endpoints have no capability to protect the data. A cyber-attack on an OT network will have devastating consequences, such as power outages, disrupting supply chains, or even putting human lives at risk.
SEAS operates on levels 1-3 of the control hierarchy to protect critical infrastructure.

In a recent joint vulnerability test performed by the US Navy, they found that SEAS Defeated and Reported 100% of all Red Team attacks. During this two-day event, SEAS successfully protected the USS Stiletto’s critical operations during pier-side, shore to ship, and ship to ship cyber attacks in the Atlantic ocean.
